My wife called tonight at 7:26pm to find out the store hours. The lady said they were open until 8 and that I'm order for us to get cut we had to be there by 7:45. She than asked how far away are we my wife said 10 minutes and the lady said ok as long as your signed in within the next 10 minutes max we can take you. First 7:45 we had to be there by than 10 minutes max that would put us at 7:36. We decided to go to the one in midstate mall instead didn't want to get this lady mad and end up with a messed up cut for getting there to late for her. Danielle and Moe in East Brunswick were very welcoming. When I told them what happened at this location they said they hear the same thing all the time.

They need to fix online check in system always says 1 person working with a extended wait than you get there and there's 2 people working. My son always gets stuck with the stylist who cuts horrible because that's the only person available when checking in. I don't want to be rude and say we don't want you after we picked her in the check in. Also the check in never works after 6:30 it just says info when all the other locations are available to check I'm still! Last night 6:45 I wasn't able to check in so I called the east Brunswick location they didn't know what was going on with this location but the girl welcomed us to go to there store she even went on Google to let me know how far I would be traveling and when I would arrive. East Brunswick went out of there way for me, went above and beyond with customer service and that will be our new location it is worth the drive! Maybe the staff in North Brunswick should be trained by the amazing staff in East Brunswick on how customer service is supposed to be!

Arrived at opening,10 am, two stylist and two customers ahead of me.I was told it would be about a half hour so I signed up for first available. After about 10 minutes, another customer signed up on line, requesting a particular stylist. He showed up about 5 minutes later. About 10:20 one of the two original customers was done and after stalling for 5 to 10 minutes, the stylist asked me if I minded waiting because the other guy had requester her. So my choices were to be jerk and say yes I minded, be a pushover and wait however much longer, or walk out. I chose the last. Her parting words "Have a nice day." Their haircuts are OK but I will not be returning.
